Teleconference Attendance
Teleconferences are generally held monthly; participation is encouraged.
Feedback
Your feedback, particularly during development of immunization promotional materials, is expected to add to the success of our efforts.
Contact Information
The gathering of your name, organization name, address, phone number, fax number, and email address is needed to best facilitate the receipt of teleconference agendas, minutes, media alerts, and other updates regarding influenza and pneumococcal immunization. Note: please forward new contact information as it becomes necessary.
Participation on Committees
Various committees may be formed to work on specific projects within the coalition. These will be on an as needed basis and generally performed via teleconferences.
